Briefing
Raph Garr are an Australian based high-end streetwear fashion brand, hand sourcing and producing every garment. They approached us in late 2019 looking to take their brand online to better cater to their customer base around the world. Being similarly minded creatives, we clicked with them instantly and jumped at the chance to take on their project.
Process
We took time to learn about Raph Garr, their aims, objectives and goals as well as their story and process so we could best reproduce the feeling their customers get when buying in person, online. Working thousands of miles apart, we scouted out Australian-based photographers to capture the high quality product images this store needed and set to work on the build.
Results
After two months of working back and forth, reviewing at each stage and developing accordingly, we arrived at a product we were both proud to say we had worked on. Being equally as creative and focussed on detail, we were able to produce a high quality finish from top to bottom. Giving Raph Garr the platform they need to sell their products on a global scale.
Services Provided
Web Design
Carefully analysing the customer journey, we captured as much of it as possible and replicated it within the design. Detailed information about the process involved in the production is something which adds value to a Raph Garr customers journey and so it was important to integrate this.
Web Development
Building to requirements outlined in the design, we produced a website that was easy to navigate. We integrated a secure payment solution and SSL certificate accordingly. Because the website is used in multiple countries, we integrated a global CDN ensuring low-latency globally.
System Training
With their new system in place, Raph Garr needed to update their product stock and manage orders. So we spent time training them on exactly how to do this; adding new products, updating stock and processing orders. Raph Garr are now able to manage their online store.
